Refunds are only possible if there was a technical issue during your ordering process. Once a code has been sent and received by you in a valid state, it is not possible to return the Product code nor receive a refund. In case you purchased the wrong product, we may be able to exchange it for the one you were actually looking for (conditions apply). If you purchase products worth €500 or more, we will ask you to verify yourself to help prevent fraud and theft. The verification process we use contributes to greater security measures like KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering). These processes are integral measures to help prevent all our customers from falling victim to scams and to comply with related regulations. Always make sure to order products for yourself or someone you know personally. Never use it as payment to a third party.
You will receive your refund within 1–7 working days, depending on the payment method used. If you experience any delays or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll assist immediately.
If you entered a wrong email address, please reach out to us immediately. If the product code is not yet used, we may be able to cancel the order and refund your money. If the product code has already been used, we may not be able to help. You should be extremely careful when entering your email.
