Terms of Service
These are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") applicable to all services and products offered on Gift Cards Galaxy. Please read them carefully, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before proceeding, as they set out the contractual basis for any transactions occurring on Gift Cards Galaxy.
By continuing to use Gift Cards Galaxy, you ("Customer") are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the Terms, as well as to the Privacy Policy and Product Refund Policy, when purchasing services and products from Gift Cards Galaxy.
1. The Service
These Terms are agreed between you and B-E.T.A.P.I.N Ltd, Registration Number: HE 424538, Address: Lapithou 11, Egkomi, 2410, Nicosia, Cyprus.
2. Gift Card and Top-Up Products
Gift Cards Galaxy is an electronic commerce platform specialised in the resale of gift cards, gaming cards, vouchers and phone top-ups ("Product" or "Products"), of fixed or variable amounts, in different currencies, that can be redeemed by the Customer at the issuer's physical or digital store. Gift Cards Galaxy has no control over the locations or the websites each Product can be redeemed on, as this is exclusively managed by the related issuer of each Product.
Products can be delivered as sealed or unsealed. A sealed Product is essentially a right to claim a Product at a later stage. An unsealed Product is the Product as issued by the third-party issuer, ready to use, with the alphanumeric code visible.
3. Payment
The Products can be purchased either (i) directly with a cryptocurrency, (ii) via a third-party payment provider in fiat or cryptocurrency, or (iii) via prepaid store credit. Our available payment methods are offered solely for your convenience and are subject to availability. We may charge a service fee, which will be transparently disclosed during check-out and before payment.
4. Customer Levels
Customers can shop at Gift Cards Galaxy at four levels: (1) without accounts, (2) with basic accounts, (3) with verified accounts (KYC), and (4) verified corporate accounts. Account levels impact purchasing thresholds and access to certain Products.
- Customers without accounts: max 5 items/day, €500/day, €1,000/month
- Customers with basic accounts: max 10 items/day, €5,000/day, €10,000/month
- Verified accounts: max 25 items/day, €10,000/day, €50,000/month
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of the Products, the Customer does not have a cooling-off period after acquiring an unsealed Product. Once a Product is unsealed, no refunds will be offered unless the product delivered is invalid or had already been redeemed. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gift Cards Galaxy shall not be liable for any issue, damage or loss arising from the terms and conditions of each individual Product. We are a reseller of the Product, not the creator, designer, or issuer. We make no representation regarding the Product's suitability for its intended use.
7. Personal Data
We take the privacy and protection of your personal data very seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we process and protect your personal data.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. The date of the last amendment will be presented prominently on the top of this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
