Refund Policy

General Refund Conditions

Due to the nature of the Products, Customers do not have a cooling-off period after acquiring an unsealed Product or after unsealing a sealed Product.

Once a Product is unsealed, no refunds or reimbursements will be offered unless:

  • The Product delivered is invalid
  • The Product had already been redeemed prior to delivery

If none of the above applies and the Product has been unsealed, no refund will be issued.

Third-Party Service Availability

As explained in the “Availability of Third-Party Services” section of our Terms of Service, purchases through Numicards.co depend on the proper functioning of third-party systems.

Occasionally, failures in such systems may cause a transaction to fail, including situations where:

  • The Customer did not receive the Product
  • The Product was received but had already been redeemed
  • The Product was received but is invalid and cannot be redeemed

In such cases, the Customer may qualify for a refund.

Non-Delivery of Product

If the Customer does not receive the Product after payment has been completed, and after Numicards.co has taken all reasonable steps to ensure delivery or investigate the delay, the Customer may request a refund.

Invalid or Previously Redeemed Products

If the Product was received but cannot be redeemed, the Customer must notify us. We will conduct appropriate investigations with the relevant third‑party providers to resolve the issue.

If the third‑party provider fails to correct the issue and agrees to reimburse us, we will issue a refund to the Customer.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error causing the Product not to be delivered, we will refund the Customer in full either:

  • By crediting the Customer’s Numicards.co Store Credits
  • By returning the payment in the same cryptocurrency used for the transaction

Overpayment & Underpayment

In cases of overpayment, the Customer may request a refund for the excess amount paid, minus any transaction fees.

In cases of underpayment, the Customer may:

  • Pay the remaining outstanding balance and receive the Product
  • Request a refund in the same cryptocurrency to the same wallet address, minus any transaction fees

Balance Limits & Verification

If account balances exceed applicable limits, refunds will only be processed after mandatory identity verification of the account holder.

Refusal to complete verification may result in Numicards.co freezing the account and any remaining credit until verification is completed.

Customer verification may also be required for exceptional refunds or where Numicards.co deems it necessary for compliance purposes.

Refund Request Deadline

If you qualify for a refund because your Product is sealed, malfunctioning, invalid, or due to overpayment or underpayment, you must submit your refund request within 30 days from the date of the transaction.

After 30 days, any decision regarding refunds shall be made solely at the discretion of Numicards.co.

Transaction Fees

Please note that transaction fees associated with the Customer’s selected payment method are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Additional Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the cost of processing the refund exceeds the amount to be refunded.

Refund processing times may vary and could require additional time depending on the circumstances of the request.

We also reserve the right to request additional information before issuing any refund.
